   4. I don’t like violence, I’m a businessman. Are you living in chaos and growing in chaos? Do you feel like you’re constantly putting out fires? We have to get the right people in the right places to make this feeling go away.

         1. One of the most important things we can do is clarify your role as a leader in your organization. How do we know where YOU start and stop? When do you have to be the man leading the charge, and when do you have to be somewhere else with an alibi?
